Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I am based out of London, Ontario and allow complimentary 50km round trip. There may be a charge for any additional exceeding kilometres.
Do you require a deposit?
I really wish I didn't have to but unfortunately I quickly learned this is necessary. For all sessions and wedding bookings, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Oh hey, life happens - we are only human! Ideally, I do require a written 48 hour notice if you intend to reschedule (text or email).
In terms of bad weather, we can decide up to 2 hours before our session if we want to dance in the rain or find a new date!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
This is dependent on the time of the year! As of now, I do have a busier season (July-December) whereas anything outside of that has the potential to have a quicker turn-around time. For delivery benchmarks during busy season, you can expect regular sessions to take about 4 weeks and weddings to take about 8-10 weeks.
